Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced (within 12 hours of ordering).
If the order is cancelled within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.

Once the product has been shipped or produced, the order cannot be cancelled.


Digital Products & Ebooks (IMPORTANT)

All digital products, including ebooks, downloadable files, online guides, and digital content, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (download link or access provided), no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted, under any circumstances.

By purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Returns (Physical Products Only)

We accept returns for physical products only (excluding cosmetic products).

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Cosmetic products

  • Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

  • Digital products and ebooks

We do not issue refunds for intolerance or allergic reactions.

Return Process

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your return to the delivery service without authorization.

Customers will be charged shipping costs only once at most (including returns).
No restocking fees will be charged.
